I have never gotten that error before, but you could try to wipe the JGROUPS_PING table before you start your cluster and see if it helps. You shouldn't need to though because of the config. I am not familiar with Keycloaks CODE_TO_TOKEN_ERROR and what causes it, but you could try the Keyclok mail group. Much great help there.
